1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of SHREE CHHATRAPATI ELECTRICAL AND TECHNOLOGY YAVATMAL, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SHREE CHHATRAPATI ELECTRICAL AND TECHNOLOGY YAVATMAL provides electrical installations, maintenance, technology solutions, and related services. All service details, pricing, and timelines are as agreed in individual project contracts.

3. Warranties

Equipment comes with performance warranties from the manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality for 1 year from the date of commissioning. Component warranties are as per respective manufacturer terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are as agreed in individual project quotes. Typically: 50% advance at order confirmation, 40% before installation, and 10% upon completion. GST is applicable as per prevailing rates.

5. Subsidy Assistance

We assist customers in applying for relevant government subsidies where applicable, but the grant of subsidy is at the sole discretion of the government. We do not guarantee subsidy approval and are not liable for any delays in subsidy disbursement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SHREE CHHATRAPATI ELECTRICAL AND TECHNOLOGY YAVATMAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the services rendered.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
